Ceiling rose, track adapter and tube are powder-coated aluminium in black; the cord is black. The tube measures Ø42 × 286 mm. The same pendant comes all in white, and with a tube in brushed brass, brushed bronze or gun metal on a black ceiling rose. 5-year warranty.

Installation
Ø60 mm ceiling rose and 1-phase track adapter in the box
You screw the Ø60 × 27 mm ceiling rose onto a ceiling outlet, or you click the 1-phase track adapter into an existing track; both come in the box, the track does not. You lock the 1500 mm cord at length when installing. Connection to 230V, Class I, no driver.

Light source
GU10, one LED lamp of at most 7.5W, not supplied
The Ø42 mm tube has a GU10 socket for one LED lamp with a 35 mm reflector — the size known in the trade as MR11 — up to 7.5W. Light output, colour temperature, beam angle and dimming come from that lamp and not from the luminaire; IP20, indoor only. You order the lamp separately.

The Tuup Slim Pendant light hangs a Ø42 × 286 mm tube from a 1500 mm cord. You screw the Ø60 × 27 mm ceiling rose onto a ceiling outlet; with the supplied 1-phase track adapter the same pendant clicks into an existing track. 230V, IP20, Class I: dry interior spaces, no driver.

Can the Tuup Slim Pendant light hang from an existing track?
Yes. The box holds two mounting parts: a Ø60 × 27 mm ceiling rose for a ceiling outlet and a 1-phase track adapter. You choose which of the two to use when installing; the tube and the 1500 mm cord are the same for both. The track itself is not supplied.
Which lamp fits the Tuup Slim Pendant light?
One GU10 LED lamp of at most 7.5W with a 35 mm reflector — the size known in the trade as MR11. The lamp is not in the box. Light output, colour temperature and beam angle come from the lamp you choose, not from the luminaire.
How low can the Tuup Slim Pendant light hang?
The cord is 1500 mm long, so the 286 mm tube hangs at most 1500 mm below the ceiling rose or the track adapter. You lock the cord at the required length when installing; shorter is possible, longer is not.
Can the Tuup Slim Pendant light go in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. The manual restricts the luminaire to indoor use, in rooms where direct contact with water is impossible; IP20 protects against solid objects from 12.5 mm and not against moisture. The luminaire must not be covered with thermal insulation either.
Does the black version give less light?
No. The light comes from the GU10 lamp you choose yourself, which is not supplied; the colour of the powder-coated aluminium does not change that. Black and white give the same light output with the same lamp, and the tube's light opening measures Ø42 mm on both versions.
