Installation
Semi-recessed, for a Ø68 mm cut-out
Leaf springs hold the luminaire in a hollow ceiling board; it needs 44 mm above the board and the tube sits 132 mm below it. The spot rotates and tilts. The driver is built in, and the luminaire connects directly to 230V mains.
Application
Semi-recessed spot Ø50 mm, black, extra warm white 2700K
This version gives 644 lm at 2700K with a colour rendering of CRI 86; the 3000K version gives 648 lm at CRI 90. Both have the same 36° beam and draw 10W.
The spot is IP20 and intended for indoor use only. It must not be covered with insulating material.

What cut-out and what ceiling does the spot need?
A Ø68 mm cut-out in a hollow ceiling board, plasterboard for instance. The luminaire is held by leaf springs and needs 44 mm of clearance above the board; the tube sits 132 mm below the ceiling. Do not cover it with insulating material.
Is the spot dimmable?
Yes. The driver is built into the luminaire, which connects directly to 230V mains, and works with TRIAC dimmers, leading-edge as well as trailing-edge.
Is the LED replaceable?
No. The LED is integrated and not replaceable; its rated life is 40000h. At the end of it the whole luminaire is replaced.
Can the spot go in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. The spot is IP20: protected against solid objects from 12.5 mm, not against water. The manual restricts it to indoor use.
Does the black 2700K version give as much light as the white one?
Yes. According to the EPREL product information sheet, both colours give 644 lm at 2700K on 10W. The colour of the housing changes nothing about that.
