Installation
Ø102 mm cut-out, 61 mm deep
The recessed housing is held in a hollow ceiling by torsion springs and needs a 61 mm recess depth; the Ø110 mm trim covers the edge of the cut-out. The tube tilts out of the housing, overall height 120 mm. The 500mA driver is not included and is installed above the ceiling.

Semi-recessed spot Ø110 mm, black, extra warm white 2700K
This version delivers 720 lm at 2700K with CRI 80; the 3000K version delivers 760 lm. Both have the same 48° beam and draw 9.2W.
The spot is IP20 and Class III and is powered by a 500mA constant-current driver, ordered separately. For dry indoor spaces only; do not cover with insulating material.

What cut-out and ceiling does the spot need?
A Ø102 mm cut-out in a hollow ceiling, with a recess depth of at least 61 mm. The recessed housing of the Tuup SRC Semi-recessed spotlight is held behind the board by torsion springs; the Ø110 mm trim covers the edge of the cut-out.
Which driver do I need?
A 500mA constant-current LED driver, suitable for a 9.2W LED at 18.4V. The Tuup SRC Semi-recessed spotlight is supplied without a driver; it is ordered separately. With a dimmable 500mA driver the spot can be dimmed; the dimming protocol then depends on the driver you choose.
Can the spot be covered with insulation?
No. According to the instructions the Tuup SRC Semi-recessed spotlight is not suitable for covering with insulating material; keep the space above the ceiling around the spot clear.
Can the spot be used in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. The Tuup SRC Semi-recessed spotlight is IP20: protected against solid objects from 12.5 mm, not against water. It is intended for dry indoor spaces only.
Is the black 2700K version as bright as the white one?
Yes. According to the product sheet, both colours deliver 720 lm at 2700K from 9.2W. The housing colour makes no difference.
